It''s absolutely beautiful!! I just love everything about it!! The atmospere is great. I feel very safe and secure in my home. My neighbors are very friendly and we always watch out for one another. And the pool is fabulous!! I would recommend anyone to live here especially if you like to have lots of fun and good times. There are always special events going on that you can join in on with your friends and neighbors and family for that matter. Again, I would highly recommend Burwick Farms to anyone!!!

Very Friendly Staff, Big Amartments, Sits Back in Woods, very Home Feelingg.

It is quiet and comfortable living at Burwick Farms. All the amenities are available and it is a notch above the rest! Quite frankly it's as close to living in a home as I've experienced.

It is a great apartment complex . They aim to please and whenever you submit a maintenance request - it is taken care of right away.

I would tell them that I have a big spacious apt. Really can't hear my neighbors. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall, very nice place to live!

It's a home to me

It's close enough to town, the beach and playgrounds to ride your bike. Nice and secluded by all the trees. Neighbors are great and friendly and the Burwick Farms employees are always helpful and friendly!

My husband, daughter and I moved here from Pennsylvania in August of 2010. Upon our arrival here, the staff had sent us a "welcome" gift which was a big surprise to me. I have been in complexes before, but this was the first time I had ever felt like we had a "home" here. Upon speaking to the other residents, I found that most of the other residents in my building have been here between 5-10 years.....that says alot to me about Burwick Farms and how they operate. After we had unpacked and got somewhat situated, we had some issues with some of the fixtures in the apartment. I had called in the morning, expecting to get a return call as to when I could expect maintenance to get here, and was pleasantly surprised when about an hour later I got a knock on the door and maintenance had arrived!!! We/I am extremely pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, maintenance, ground crew, all involved in running Burwick Farms... What a wonderful place to come home to!! Thank You!!

Service is great from all of you. I think you are doing a fatastic job, very personable, understanding and always willing to go the extra mile.
