When my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent, this was the first place we toured, and we filled out an application immediately! It’s been 3 years and we haven’t looked back. Our dog loves the dog park, we love the walking trails and how close the complex is to downtown Howell, and our apartment is the perfect size. Maintenance works hard, the office staff is prompt and friendly.

I have been here right at 5 years, and have enjoyed every minute. It all started with my black lab "Beauty" and she really enjoyed the grounds until I lost her at 16 years old. The experience for both of us felt a lot like my home up north.
